How can I buy my season ticket for 2021-22?

Season tickets can be purchased online by visiting eticketing.co.uk/HibernianFC.

Hibernian Ticket Office is set to reopen to supporters from Friday 7th May between 10am-2pm.

Can I request a refund for not being able to attend matches in 2020/21

Because of the circumstances caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, the club communicated in summer 2020 that season ticket holders who wanted to request a refund could do so ahead of the start of the season. After that point, the season ticket money was allocated to ensuring the playing squad would make the club as competitive as possible for the season ahead. The club also invested in ‘The Match’ to make every virtual match day as enjoyable as possible. The Club is confident Season Ticket Holders will return to the stadium in 2021 but given the continued uncertainty the same rule on refunds will apply to the 2021/22 season as applied in 2020/21.


What is known about next season, Season 2021/22?

Supporters are expected to return to Scottish stadiums in May. We expect to see this return accelerate in the coming weeks.

However we understand that there are many uncertainties around next season, the scheduling of games and whether social distancing measures might apply to matches at Easter Road. At the moment we do not have any clear information but as soon as we do, we will work with our supporters to discuss the implications and how we plan to create the best value possible for season ticket holders.

If Covid restrictions still in place mean all Season Ticket Holders can’t be accommodated at the stadium for every game, how will the Club ensure that all Season Ticket holders get a fair chance to be at as many games as possible?

In those circumstance the Club would carry out a ballot of ST holders for each game, “weighted” to ensure every fan gets the best and fairest chance to attend home matches. This is how it would work:

When the ballot opens, all eligible and willing season ticket holders will be asked to log into their online ticketing account and complete the ballot application.

A separate ballot will be held for each match to which crowds have been permitted by the Scottish Government, according to their physical-distancing guidelines. Please note however, that if a season ticket holder is successful in the first ballot, they may be placed into a secondary pot for the next ballot to ensure each season ticket holder has the chance to attend a match before we return to full capacity, and so on.

Supporters can apply for as many ballots as they wish. This – allied with the weighed use of “pots” outlined above – will ensure we accommodate as many ST holders who wish to attend each match as possible.


Is there a payment plan and is there an additional cost involved in taking out the payment plan?

There is an online payment plan available to supporters at a fixed annual interest rate. A 10-month payment plan will be available to supporters via our finance partner, V12 Retail Finance Limited. This is available online only and is to assist supporters with spreading the cost of their season ticket over a period of time. The interest costs are a fixed annual rate of interest paid by the supporter.

To purchase via the payment plan, once you add your season ticket to your basket and go to checkout, you can choose the instalment plan as your method of payment from the drop down options.

This will then open a new window with your finance application form that you will need to complete. You will then need to click to review your order and complete the transaction on e-ticketing.

If you have completed the transaction successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from e-ticketing AND also from V12. Any supporters with issues, should in the first instance, email tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk.

This season we are introducing an interest free direct debit payment option with the club which will run during our renewal period. This payment option will initially be offered over 6 instalments and then 4 instalments depending on when you renew. The DD instalment is to be paid on the 28th of each month depending on the length of plan selected. Please note this payment option will only be available for a limited period of time.

When are the Direct Debit collection dates?

Direct Debit payments will be taken in SIX and FOUR monthly instalments on the dates shown below, depending on when you renew.

Please remember to check with your bank to ensure your Direct Debit is set up.

Is there a family section?

The Famous Five Lower is the home of our family section, and the concourse area was fully refurbished in season 2019-20. It offers some fantastic activities for all young Hibees as well as the chance to meet their heroes in pre-match signing sessions with players from our men’s and women’s teams.

The area is exclusively for family groups, and discounted family prices are available for children or youth season ticket holders. As a result, family groups need to purchase as one group when renewing or purchasing for the first time, with the purchase requiring a child or youth ticket within the group. You can buy as a group through eTicketing’s My Network facility – add new people to your network using their client reference number and surname.

Will I be able to sit in my seat for every home cup match?

Your season ticket is valid for SPFL Premiership matches only. Cup matches require an additional ticket purchase and we cannot guarantee that your usual seat will be available for home cup matches. In such cases, an alternative seat will be offered to you. Subject to any limited capacity restrictions that are in place.

I want to move my season ticket seat, is this possible?

If you are an existing season ticket holder and would like to try and relocate your seat in the same price category i.e. gold, silver or bronze as your existing seat then please purchase your existing seat as normal and get in touch with the Ticket Office prior to the seat release deadline via tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk advising the team of your client reference and if it is possible, where you would like to relocate to.

If you wish to move to a different price category i.e. from bronze to silver, from your current seat then please contact the ticket office on tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk in advance of your purchase and we can see what seats are available and then we can then change your offer before you purchase. This is essential if you intend to use the V12 finance option.

When seats are released, we will freeze the seats for a period of time and allow any possible existing season ticket holder relocations to take place.

There are no guarantees we will be able to relocate you to where you would like to sit, but we will do our very best to accommodate as many requests as we can before season tickets go on general sale.

Is there a singing section?

‘Since 1875’ are a big part of the atmosphere at Easter Road Stadium, which is why they relocated to the East Stand in Section 45.

If you’d like to be in and around them, the core group are based in rows AA and BB of Section 45 of the East Stand and there are spare seats in the surrounding areas. If you have purchased a seat already and wish to move to join them, please email tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk and our ticketing team will be able to assist. If you have not yet purchased and would like to be in or close to the singing section, you can purchase the nearest available seating.

Will I receive a new season ticket card once I have purchased?

No, if you are renewing your seat, please retain your season card for season 2021-22. You will not be issued with a new one. For the new season, all supporters will also be able to receive a digital version of their season ticket. This will be sent via email before the new season commences, so it is important to ensure your email address remains up to date at all times. I’m a student – why can’t I purchase online?

Student season tickets are available to all those in full-time education at a Higher or Further Education body. To purchase your season ticket, we need to see proof of eligibility. If your matriculation card remains valid for the new season, you will be offered to renew at the student price. If we do not have this information, you will need to please contact the Ticket Office by emailing tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk with a copy of your matriculation card and the completed Student Declaration Form. If you’ve not been issued with a card yet, we’ll ask you to sign a No Matriculation Card declaration form and show your card by 8 October 2021.

Can I buy a hospitality seasonal membership for next season?

I want to buy a hospitality membership. Where will my seat be?

Existing hospitality members who renew will be able to remain in their current hospitality executive seats in our West Stand Upper. All new seasonal hospitality members will be invited into the Stadium by our dedicated sales team to help choose their seat in the West Stand Upper Executive section.

What are the categories for season tickets?

Adult: 18-64
Senior: 65+
Student: Full-time education at a Higher or Further Education body.
Youth: 12-17
Child: 2-11

Bands are calculated on the age of supporters on 1 August 2021.
